Stadium District Neighborhood Summary

The Stadium District is located just outside of Downtown Lansing, encompassing the Cooley Law School baseball stadium and surrounding areas. The neighborhood comes alive during games and during the annual Common Ground Music Festival, held in the stadium during the summer. This area is quite popular for Cooley Law School students and sometimes even MSU grad students who wanted a change of scenery. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
