Groesbeck is a small ‘burb located right over the border between Lansing and East Lansing. Its central location and Sparrow hospital – a major employer in the area – makes the neighborhood a popular choice for young professionals and older students. Though it’s technically outside of East Lansing, it is actually less than a mile away from MSU and downtown Lansing. It is also only a few minutes from shopping in Eastwood and Frandor shopping. As far as housing goes, this area offers a variety of older housing with a lot of character.
