Have lived here for 5 years- resigning for 6. Have loved it so much. Staff is so accommodating, maintenance is awesome and timely. I once had an issue with my car not starting and maintenance went out of his way to help us. All around great people. Apartments are standard and clean upon move in. I started in a 2 bedroom, moved to a 1 bedroom and now resigning back in a 2 bedroom. Love the area, love the people. Close to shopping and restaurants, clean area all around apartment complex. Zero complaints from me- would definitely recommend!!!

I lived here for 4 years while in vet school the area is close to stores but is still quiet. The offic staff and maintenance men where always nice and prompt with any concerns. They are dog friendly which was nice! Close to MSU campus but still far enough away from all the parties.

I have been living here for just under a year now. Office staff is very friendly. I honestly don't think the apartment is worth how much we pay each month it's just a basic apartment nothing special about it. Half of the equipment in the weight room doesn't work. Main problem is with maintenace, the tub in the apartment on top of us was leaking into my apartment and they said it wasn't a big deal so they didn't need to come out on the weekend so it took them 2 days before they came out. Furnace has stopped working a couple times during the winter and it took them a few days to come fix that as well. Just had another issue with our toilet and they are taking a long time again.

I moved out in August 2007. When I moved out, I had the landlord do a walk through with me to make sure everything was in order. She signed off on the check list. There was no damage.
Three years later, I am still trying to get my deposit back.
