My roommate and I just moved in, and the application and approval process was straightforward and hassle free. There were a few niggles with the apartment itself, but nothing that hasnt been handled in a timely and efficient manner. The front desk agent who has been helping us, Tanya, has been an absolute blessing and nothing but friendly and helpful during our interactions so far, going well and truly out of her way to ensure our comfort and understanding. I dare say shes one of the most genuinely friendly people I have ever had the joy of working with. Would absolutely recommend working with her in particular to anyone looking to move in.

I have been at Wy'East pointe for about a year and some change. We have gone through quite a few managers. Recently new management was installed, and all I can say is that they have been nothing but absolutely fantastic. Managing a complex this size during the COVID-19 pandemic I can only imagine has been hell. Everyone is home, everyone is frustrated, and a lot of people are broke. I have had some personal issues, health issues and issues with our neighbors. Management here ( I believe their names are Christine and Karen sorry I'm spelling it wrong) have done nothing but be patient. They have been response, kind and most of all efficient. I had to put in two maintenance requests. One for my garbage disposal and one for a wasp issue. Both of which were dealt with quickly. I think we put in the maintenance request for the garbage disposal, and within minutes someone had fixed it. (During a pandemic mind you.) Anytime they have requested anything from me it has come from a place of understanding and empathy. They have patiently listened as I have discussed my various issues. I truthfully believe that these previous reviews should be taken with a grain of salt and management is righting the ship here. I think they deserve a vacation and a raise . I would highly recommend this place. The view of the mountain is spectacular.

I'm not entirely sure what kind of experiences people have had in the past with Wy'East Pointe but I don't think their rating is justified on here. We had recently moved from Southern California and chose this apartment complex based on availability, price, and 3D Tours/Pictures. We hadn't visited in person and we we were a little hesitant. But we went for it. We couldn't be any happier! The management team now, specifically the manager Justin, is super helpful, professional, and nice. The apartment was very clean and the maintenance team did a great job of making things look brand new. The price is fair and reasonable, parking hasn't been an issue (paid for one covered spot and rely on available spots for the other car), our neighbors are very nice, barely any noise through the walls and floor (and we're in the middle unit!), insulation has been great so far through cold nights and the heat of summer days, what more could you ask for? Walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, other stores, and Black Rock Coffee! I'm sure everyone has their own experiences with neighbors and the like but you take that risk anywhere. However, so far, we couldn't be happier with our decision to live here.
