Living here this past year has been great! The office staff has gone"above and beyond" to help with any and everthing! The maintenace staff is superb! They all strive to make life here enjoyable for all residents! If I already didn't live here, I'd move here!

Overall I've had a positive experience living here! The rent is a little high, but the apartments are nice and spacious. The complex feels very safe, are clean, pretty quiet and peaceful and is in a convenient part of town. The staff has been friendly and helpful in my almost 5 months of living here. The only glaring issue I've encountered while living here is the PARKING situation. So, 1. I've experienced a hit and run in the complex as someone dinged my car door while I was parked in one of the compact parking spaces- the complex did nothing about it (but I'm not sure what they could have done anyway). 2. Unless you'd like to pay an arm and a leg every month for a carport, you will be forced to compete for already limited parking spaces. 3. Because the community is gated, guests must park at the front of the complex and walk up to 3 blocks to your apartment which kind of sucks. 4. I've spent up to an hour searching for a parking spot before at 8pm. It is not unusual to drive around for 20 minutes looking for a spot to park your car, then having to walk across the entire complex to get to your apartment. Again, I love living here. If they fixed the parking situation it would merritt 5 stars from me, but as it stands, the RIDICULOUS parking situation is enough to knock off a star.

This is honestly by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is fast and does a great job, office staff are super friendly and very helpful, and it is a great community.

Safe, quiet neighborhood on Ellsworth, near the freeway for easy access. Pool and clubhouse is nice. Having washing washing machines in the unit is also nice. They do nickel and dime you tho, for any extras, such as covered parking, or a garage, which you almost have to do in order to get a parking space. The rent, like most places in Vancouver have skyrocketed. We were paying near 1600 a month for 3 bedrooms. We also got hit with an early move out fee, and additional fees for cleaning, despite having the apartment professionally cleaned, and charges for damages, we recorded prior to move in, but still got charged. In general, the people working within are pleasant.

I've been here for about a year now and have nothing but great things to say. Over the last year they have done a phenomenal job in turning the place around. From installing gates around the complex to increase safety and security. To implementing a garbage, door to door pick up program that has cleaned the sidewalks and parking lot up; while removing the smell from outside garbage cans. Over the winter they even salted every time it snowed before anyone was up to make sure there were no problems leaving and being late for work. As far as helpfulness, I've locked myself out, forgot my garage clicker, and needed my door fixed. The response time for my mess-ups was impressive. All being handled and dealt with within hours. They really go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. Overall, Sterling Heights has created a great environment that allows me to look forward to going home and never having to worry about problems. I appreciate their support and would highly recommend moving here.
