I lived here for a bit over 5 years and really liked it. The units and landscaping are nice, and the maintenance crew is excellent. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because I did run into some non-trivial issues (e.g. problems with lease renewals, snow not shoveled or plowed after storm) during my years there. By the time I left in April 2022 though, staffing seemed to be stable and they were all really nice and fairly responsive.

So far we've lived here for almost two weeks now, our previous apartment complex was The Addison apartments off Andresen and 18th. This place is heaven compared to there. Sure you can hear your neighbors with heavy feet at times or hear conversations from time to time but those sorts of things should be expected with any housing development or commercial based residential housing, but parking is abundant (even outside of reserved spaces) the residents here are all super friendly and so are all the office staff. Any concerns or problems we've had and brought to their attention have all been addressed immediately, the pool, spa, fitness center & club house are all very clean and well kept (the pool & spa don't even smell like chlorine! P.S. some useful scientific knowledge for you, If you smell chlorine it's because of pee, not the chlorine.) so having an odor free pool & spa is a great sign of both the maintenance/upkeep but also the residents! Good job! The location is amazing with walking distance to great restaurants, parks & stores along with just a short drive to nearly anything you'd possibly need! There's nothing better than getting off after a long day of demo & construction and being able to unwind in the hot tub with amazing scenery. This place has not only met my expectations but exceeded them and I'm happy I discovered this place.

We moved to The Reserve last year and really don't have anything bad to say! This is our first time living in an apartment and so far its been a good experience. The maintenance crew has been great and responsive and came to help us pretty quickly The office staff has been great also. They have all been nice and helpful. We have young kids so we have been looking to transfer to a ground unit. Danielle has been helping us with that and has contacted us about upcoming units with availabilities she's been super helpful with that process and other things since we have moved in. The hot tubs, gyms and pools are kept clean.
Overall I'd recommend this complex to anyone. Everything is kept clean and maintained well. Prices are fair and often better than other comparable complexes.
