We stayed at Overlook Park Apartments for a little over a year. In the middle of 2020, we locked in a great affordable rate for about 9 months. When it was time to renew, prices have increased substantially forcing us to buy a home. Apartments are spacious with high celling and modern look. Plenty of storage space available on the balcony and inside of the apartment itself. Very clean. Fast and excellent customer service from apartment management and maintenance team. They also do a good job maintaining land scape. Pool and gym, along with delivery hub available on-site for convenience. Gated community - offers sense of security. Safeway stores and playgrounds near the elementary schools are within walking distance. Highly recommend this apartment community. I hope it stays as wonderful as it was for us.

We moved in about 8 months ago with the plan of staying only 2 months (they do short term leases!) but plans changed and we ended up extending our lease. Hillary was super easy to work with during the whole process.
I honestly cant brag enough about the maintenance team. Weve had anything from leak under the sink to broken laundry machine to needing a lightbulb changed and theyre always so quick to respond! Overall, great apartments with great management.

Best place to live in Vancouver. I can go on and on about this place. I recently had to move to be closer to work and now that I'm not at Overlook I realize how great of a place this is to live. The parking is amazing. Never an issue. I also lived there about 2 years and never had a maintenance issue once. If you are lucky, you'll get an apartment facing the field behind the apartments. The field is a great place to walk or if you have pets, to take your dogs out. The appliances are great, and there are actually places to STORE things even in a small 700 sq foot layout. A closet with racking, a laundry room with shelves for a pantry or cleaning supplies, a closet with lots of shelving that is easily accessible. The finishes are beautiful, granite counter tops etc. New high quality carpet. I especially liked the white wood blinds that made it feel more like a nice condo and not the flimsy metal kind that apartment complexes normally install. Its quiet, gated and safe. The gals at the clubhouse are friendly and kind. I have nothing bad to say about this place. And the best part - I spent a good amount of time cleaning my apartment when I left and assumed it would still be the usual battle of "give me my deposit back" and I just got my statement in the mail giving me ALL of my deposit back except for the amount it cost the carpet cleaners. How often does THAT happen with an apartment complex?? Great place to live, good honest people. If you are looking for a comfortable place to call home, Overlook is the place to stay.
