Lived here for 1+ years, loved the community features of a big pool, hot tub, trash valet and package concierge. Also the front office does a stellar job, we worked with Drew and he is very knowledgeable and helpful and a great asset to the complex. Definitely a great complex in the Vancouver area! Also the maintenance team is awesome and friendly and is super on top of any problem that occurs.

My partner and I have lived here for almost a year now, and we absolutely love it! Drew is the best manager we could ever ask for. Through times of financial struggle, he has always been there for us. It is a sigh of relief to hear his voice pick up the phone because we know we are in such good hands. He is kind, patient, hardworking, and understanding. Also, Ernie is literally the best maintenance man ever! He is incredibly hardworking, friendly, and funny! He has done a lot for us over the past year and our apartment would be in shambles without him. We are so grateful to call North Glen our home!

I've lived here for a year and cannot recommend North Glen enough! Management has been absolutely amazing. Genuinely. Drew the manager has been extremely helpful. He will help you with any questions or concerns you have with apartment living and has been nothing but friendly and patient. Good management goes far when you're renting and is often hard to come by. North Glen living will not disappoint!

I'm fairly simple. Everything I needed was provided.
Room was clean and new. Property is only about 4 years old at the time.
Had 1 initial maintenance issue at the start and 1 other down the road. Both were taken care of in a timely manner (next day).
The property is gated, and although the gate malfunctions sometimes (winter) it also has security posted in the evenings that I've seen enforcing at times.
The grounds stay clean and manicured. That includes the main offices and pool/tub behind it.
Area is fairly secluded and great for running/biking/etc
It's quiet. Neighbors seems courteous. Everything needed is within a 10 min drive.
Utilizes an online portal where payment/maintenance/and community activities are/can be taken care of. Or, of course, just call Carmen or Kari. They are fantastic.
It may seem a bit pricey, but it's relative to the housing market (which is still quite high in comparison) and you get all the amenities/benefits of what the property has to offer. Little things people don't usually notice.
All and all, no issue, and I am grateful that I found this place when I moved across the country. Thank you very much for the hospitality Carmen.

My name is Victoria , I've lived in north glen apartments since November 2017. This is a very clean and good community. Has everything we need. The gym has more equipment than most apartments here in vancouver. Huge pool , jacuzzi, even a new upgraded tanning bed!! My light bulbs went out and I wrote an email to the manager last night about it. Then today morning the maintenance guys came and changed them. They came as soon as they could and we really appreciate that. A good place to live in! Just look into it before you decide and check what other options you have. Manager Is helpful. Just make sure you write everything down. They tend to forget.
For example we added 2 cars on our lease and one of our neighbors lied to the manager that they saw us throw car parts in the garbage and the manager believed our neighbor. So she wrote us an email saying we have to pay a fine and remove the car from the property because it wasn't on our lease. When It was. And I still have the emails saved About our conversation we had when we added the car on our lease. My husbands brother was borrowing the car for a few days when this happened. So it was like what?? Our van wasn't even there and someone was and saw us right??? No! It was ridiculous. Any way in the end it turned out me telling the manager we didn't do that and we will not be paying the fine.
Downside:
No parking , a lot of times we have to park outside the gate.
Hidden fees
With the bills and the bill the we have to pay directly to north glen apartments our rent comes out to about 1500$ For 2bedroom.
Neighbors that don't like you lie to the manager and you get charged for something you didn't do. Obviously we fought it and didn't pay because that is absurd.

We enjoyed our stay here, staff is nice and attentive. Carmen is a great manager! Like I said our stay here was a very pleasant experience, only 4 stars due to the price being kind of expensive for a 1x1. Other than that all the amenities are great. You'll be close to the 205 and I-5, the location is a short drive to all the hotspots in the Vancouver/ Portland area.
Nice place that is not too busy at all. One of the office ladies is amazing.
Overall a nice complex. Parking is good, not noisy, place for the pets. It is however overpriced but its location to me made it worth it.
