My husband and I moved in here just a few weeks ago and so far have loved it. We downsized from a 1 bedroom at our previous apartment to a studio here but are not missing the loss of space at all. Tons of windows in the unit which makes the space feel larger and we overlook Columbia Tech Park as an added bonus. From submitting the application to the community brunch put on today, loving here has been great this far! Shout-out to Jameina for helping with the application process and making it a very easy transition and to Francis for putting on a beautiful brunch (mimosas included) and for bringing in a community environment!

This is my second year living at Parkside Lofts and I really cant say enough about what a good place it is to make a home. The building and the grounds are meticulously kept. It boasts a big beautiful green space with walking and biking paths beside beautiful plantings and ponds. The friendly staff in the office and onsite are top-notch. And the maintenance team is one of the best I have encountered. There are good security systems in place, too. Throughout the year Parkside Loft Management plans and hosts special social events for the residents. Yes, there is definitely a genuine community feeling here. I cant imagine living anyplace else.

Apartments are clean and modern. The main areas are also well maintained. Staff and neighbors are friendly. Neighbors can be loud but thats expected in all apartment living. But are pretty good about being quiet during quiet hours which is 10pm. It is a great central location. My apartment overlooks the park which I love and makes up for not having balconies. Beautiful park view and a great place for walks. Also theres a brewery just across the parking lot which is great to walk to for dinner. Appliances are included and new. I have a 1 bedroom and apartment is located in center and is nice and spacious and has an AC unit. The bathroom is huge! I fit a whole book shelf in it with room to spare. Also was able to fit a king sized bed in bedroom no problem with nightstands and still have space. Overall have really loved living here!
