I lived here for 3 years and loved it.
The common areas felt really cozy and clean. The rooftop patio and community room is a great place to host events or meet your neighbors. Also, this place has a large, secure bike room and Amazon locker.
All staff, including office, cleaning, and maintenance are very nice and have always answered my (many!) questions.
Whenever I logged a maintenance issue or reached out to the office, I received communication within 24 hours.
I had a split studio with a beautiful view of downtown Portland. It does get hot facing west, but keeping the furnished shade down helps. I really liked the modern interior and heavy doors. I felt like I lived in a nice, safe apartment.

Management is always responsive & extremely kind, understanding. There is staff on site all days of the week. The building has a really nice patio & community room that offers free warm drinks. Its always clean. Every single day I can either see a cleaning person or hear the vacuum guy. Theres also security cameras in all the PUBLIC spaces. Trash is easy access at the end of each hallway.
For how easy it is to apply to this building & stress-free... its a really great place.
I havent met any neighbors who werent nice ( rarely pump into people anyways )
The community room is never crowded which is also nice.
The space also comes with your own personal dryer-washer-dishwasher

I am in love with this apartment, the amenities, the neighborhood. The staff has always been courteous, upbeat, professional and responsive from the very first call when inquired about an application and through every step that followed. I would like to especially praise Jake N for his attention to our questions and needs and his pleasant and warm demeanor, no matter how many times I call with more questions!! We could not be more happy and we really never want to leave!

These apartments have some great amenities and the finishes are nice to look at but the floor plans are pretty terrible. You can clearly tell the developer didn't give a single thought to natural light or indoor environmental quality but just focused on maximizing the number of units in the building. The windows also aren't easy to install an air conditioner vent to, and the units themselves don't have AC so summers can be pretty miserable. The walls are also INCREDIBLY thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Other than that it is a great location so you kind of need to just weigh how important it is to be in the area. The office staff are really friendly and are very helpful at resolving any issues on site, but I was definitely happy to move when I did. I miss the area, not my unit.
