I love the space I'm renting. Very nice and spacious outdoor deck. I've had no issues with any maintenance requests.
The reason for 3 stars is because I've been here for 1 year and my rent is already going up almost 6% upon renewal. I already pay almost 2k a month for a large studio essentially (one bedroom with no door to bedroom). I rent a garage space and my car has been broken into 4 times in the last year. Resulting in a broken window until I started to leave my car empty and unlocked. Packages stolen from mailroom and hallways and reports of storage closets broken into. The response I have received is simply that no action is being planned to help us safeguard our vehicles and that it is simply considered off-street parking with no guarantee of security. And now they don't even bother to respond when I report it vandalized.... I feel that with the cost of apartment rent and garage rent, there should be some kind of proactive action to assist us. Other apartments I have rented in this price range have definitely taken safety more seriously.
All in all, a great location and newer construction but don't expect any security from a garage rental. I think if I wasn't working from home and had my deck for an outdoor space, I would be looking to take advantage of incentives elsewhere instead of renewing at such a steep increase after only one year.

Overall, I like living here. It's quiet (I never hear my neighbors), pet friendly, good location. Maintenance staff is amazing. Taking off 2 stars because of the office staff and how they have handled recent break-ins. Office staff doesn't respond well to emails. There have been several times over the past year that I've sent multiple emails without getting responses, and would have to stop into the office to ask in person. There has also been a recent break-in to the garage and multiple cars were broken into. After talking to some other people living here, I found out that there was another break-in months ago, and also a storage room on one of the floors was broken into. The staff has not sent out an email to everyone to let us know about the recent break-ins or what they are doing to address safety. Today, when I stopped by the office to return my garage pass, staff was very rude. When I mentioned safety issues, I was told "it's just a parking spot, it's not intended to be safe".

Very nice updated apartments and a well maintained property. I never really had any problems living here, but the few minor things I ran in to were met with promptness by the staff. Christina in the leasing office is so wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I chose not to pay for a spot in the garage and street parking was never a problem. Would definitely recommend living here.
