Today is a SAD day. I officially checked out of my studio apartment at Lincoln Court Apartments. The last 2 years living here have been amazing. This was my first home in the cities and my first time living alone. It is a GREAT location and within walking/biking distance to everythingnot to mention GRAND OLD DAY! Joe, the landlord is seriously amazing and he helps you with any apartment issues! He is very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling when you talk to him. The only downfall I had was no air conditioning and you have to pay for laundry (didnt mind doing laundry all that much and my energy bill was NEVER higher than $35 in the summer.average was $25). I hope whoever takes apartment 205 enjoys it as much as I did. I would have signed another lease to live here a 3rd year but Im making the big move in with my boyfriend :| Wish me luck!
