I lived in Potrero 1010 for 1 year. Pros are nice amenities and pretty good maintenance/cleaning. Cons are really bad management. They're understaffed and make every question sound like a massive inconvenience when it's literally their job. For me, moving out was a nightmare: the online system doesn't prorate, so I got charged more than 5x what was owed. I owed about $700 and got charged $4000! Why can't the system prorate?! Also, I submitted my notice to vacate more than 30 days in advance, selecting that I wanted to be present for my move out inspection (which is the law in California). They completely forgot and pressured me to waive it so they wouldn't have to do the work. Finally, they tell you to return the apartment in the condition it was originally in (literally, if it was dirty leave it dirty). I assumed that meant clean the place, which I did with a professional cleaning service. Now they're saying if they can find anything dirty, they will charge me again for another full cleaning. If they had told me this in the beginning I wouldn't have bothered paying for cleaning if they would find some excuse to do it over.
