I toured at this apartments few months back before I found my apartment in geary courtyard this is when I first met the Community manager Mike who did the tour and he very welcoming and know what he is talking about specially the best nearby restaurants on this area, they keep this property simple and clean, the only reason I chose Geary courtyard because its near by my work place and I get the same people that manage the property that you know they're reliable and can be talked to if you have any issues or need any help. Thank you

I have lived here since January and so far my experience has been great. Sidney helped with my move in and things went smoothly. I got approved same day and was able to get the move in process started. Things have been up and down but the staff here has always been super responsive and quick to act. Mike Miller, Nyi, Arfel, and Mike Lopez have all been exceptional!! They have all listened to my needs and concerns and have treated me with the utmost respect, loving my apartment and view :)

I absolutely love it here. Transitoning into my own space decorating and setting up various areas to meet my needs in a fair size studio has been fun. Not to mention a million dollar view. Staff has been welcoming understanding and accommodating.
