We also have renovated homes available. Residents have their choice of on-site restaurants, cafes as well as a heated pool and spa, fitness center, picnic area with grills and dog park. This apartment is subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.

Edit: the alarm is turned off, editing to 3 stars. I've had some frustrating experiences besides this alarm situation, but besides that it's not a bad value for the money.
They installed a deafeningly loud and terrifying security alarm that goes off at all hours of the night, waking up the entire complex. It went off at least 6 times just last night.
Unless they turn this alarm off, I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy to live here.

We've been living here for about 8 months now and have found it to be a good place to live, even with some things...
We've been living here for about 8 months now and have found it to be a good place to live, even with some things having to be closed due to the pandemic. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and I find the leasing/management/concierge staff to all be helpful and professional. It's not as smoke-free as the smoke-free community advertisement; however I understand that it's hard to enforce on an individual basis and the staff does what they can, including installing new no-smoking signs when asked to. The dog run is also very convenient.
all in all we are enjoying our living here and will look to extend our lease once it's up.

Just moved here from across the country, and 2 weeks before we arrived one of our massive shipments of boxes arrived earlier than expected and we were so scared they would be stolen or lost as we weren't there to retrieve them. The staff was so understanding and helpful, and carried our heavy boxes into our apartment for safekeeping. That would never happen in NYC and we are so thankful!
