I have lived at both One Henry Adams and 855 Brannan. Amazing properties! As someone who has lived in several places, I can truly say that the leasing teams at One Henry Adams and 855 Brannan always go above and beyond to help and have your best interest at heart. The maintenance teams at both properties respond quickly to a request, and ensure that you're happy in your apartment before your request is completed. In my opinion, there is always someone there for you in your time of need, and these teams LITERALLY work tirelessly to make sure you're content. The amenities are beautiful, both buildings are kept clean, and I am genuinely lucky to have called both places my home. I would recommend both communities to anyone who needed to find a space in the city. You will not be disappointed :).

Although I didn't end up living here, I had a great touring experience here. Brittany and Dominique really helped to look for an apartment that fit my budget and needs and even looked up information on other sister properties for me when one here wasn't available. I thought their customer service was exceptional and I really appreciated their friendly, helpful attitude and warm welcome to SF. Thanks again gals!

Its a nice and modern condo and the staff are very friendly and helpful. After living here for more than 3 years, there have been a number of issues that prevent me from giving it more than 3 stars however. First, the building security isnt great. Ive had my bike stolen from the garage bike racks twice, where the thieves somehow got into the building garage and cut the kryptonite lock once and even sawed the bike rack itself. After filing the police reports, the building was unable to retrieve security camera footage which was disappointing. The building doesnt have a way to connect to the apartment units to the leasing area where the mail, package room, and gym are even though its all in the same building. This means youll need to walk outside and around your building to reach the main entrance to go in and retrieve delivered mail or groceries. The building almost always has an elevator out of service from people reserving it for moving. Sometimes the elevator stays out of commission for the entire day and sometimes during the following day as well because the staff doesnt reactivate the elevator once its finished being used. This is really annoying because the building has 1 elevator on the north end, and 1 on the south end so youll have to walk around to the opposite side of the building once you find out the elevator isnt operational.
