Parkview at St. Johns – Our secure gated community (gate to be completed this summer) looks out over beautiful Northgate Park, where an $100mn aquatic center (NPAC) is slated for construction. All bathrooms have newer vanities, most with granite tops, mirrored med cabs with shelving, overjohns for additional storage and sanitary, waterproof, modern plank flooring. All have tub-shower combos with easy-clean, overspray-preventing sliding frosted glass shower doors.

We are smoke-free. We have 4 laundries on-site that are secured and kept in good working order at all times.

Each unit has an assigned parking spot right in front of your building and more on-site parking can be leased.
