University Park Neighborhood Summary

University Park is the home neighborhood of University of Portland, making it a great residential option for students. Aside from the sprawling University of Portland campus, there are three parks available to local residents: McKenna Park, Portsmouth Park, and the Columbia Park Annex. There is also the gorgeous Peninsula Cross Bike Trail, making it a fantastic place for bikers. There are a few restaurant options available here, as well as some local bars that students can visit. Surprisingly, there are very few apartment buildings in the area, so if you’re looking for off-campus living in University Park, single-family homes will be your primary option.
