We made an attempt to move here in August 2018. We were just played around with.
We told them we were serious about finding a place to live for a long time. We applied and even put down the deposit to hold the apartment. 3 seperate occasions we were told our move in date would be changed and our unit was changed 3 times. 2 were promised 1st floors and them they gave us a 3rd floor. They also told usbwe had to wait until after October to move in knowing that our lease was up by Sept 30th.
We went there multiple times to check iyt the grounds during odd times and there never seems to be parking and we only saw 1 dumpster. The office also told us the garages are not near your unit.
Be forearned the location is great but im not sonsure on the apartment.
We ended up finding a 3 bd 2 bth house for the same price as this place and it wasnt located in a bad part of town.

Good luck ever getting packages delivered. Have had several late birthday presents and no help from the office. Oh its 25 extra dollars to access the "gym" after 530 and then the packages are just in a pile and minimally monitored. Improve that and I will improve this.

Really loud apartment complex. We were told we would get a ground level apartment and then we ended up getting a different one that faces all the other apartments.. it just feels like there is zero privacy. And the parking is terrible. Some of the cars wont move for weeks at a time. You have to find a dumpster to throw away dog poo. My old apartment had and trash can attached to the poo bags.

The apartment was honestly not ready to be moved into when we moved in. We did have to push a little bit to get maintenence here but they did get here and were very kind. Some stuff is still needing to be done so we will see if they get it done. The grounds are kept very clean! The staff here in constantly picking up other tenants' trash which I think it pretty awesome. They have improved my opinion since living here so I would say its not terrible.
The biggest thing is to make sure you do a walkthrough right before signing the lease to see what has been done before signing.

Maintence guys are super nice but take forever to fix everything because the office managers dont ever send them. They also leave a mess wherever they go and leave supplies in your apartment for over a week. Parking is fine unless you come home later in the evening. Grounds are well kept thought but to me that just does nothing because everythinf else has yet to be fixed and our apartment was not ready ro be moced inro AT ALL. Holes in the carpet and unfinished bathroom... just honestly not worth the fight.

Good apartment complex. The only issue is the parking and the potholes. I've been here for almost 2 years now and they've tried to fix the potholes twice (once every summer) but winter time takes its toll. Managment has always been super nice and friendly. Makes you feel like they recognize you as a person and not just a rent check. Havent had any issues with maintenance. Always been nice and helpful and fixed what need fixed rather quickly.
