This is a great apartment complex, in a great location. Located outside of Middleton, but close to shopping, restaurants, schools, etc. It is a very quiet complex, which was perfect for my 6 year old son and I. Very modern and spacious apartment, and a very family oriented neighborhood with two wonderful playgrounds in walking distance. The management company, especially Jessie, is wonderful to work with. Jessie lives on site, which is a huge bonus. She is always a pleasure to talk to, and she truly wants your experience at Aspen Ridge to be a good one. She makes adds a very personal touch! I highly recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for three years, and never had a problem. Maintenance has been great, the facility is always clean, and the property is well maintained. It is a great place to call home!

This is an amazing company and apartment. I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone seeking a sleek a modern apartment on the West side. Although Aspen Ridge didn't quite meet the needs of my family (we needed a three bedroom) I had an incredibly positive experience in touring and conversing with Jessie (the manager). If a three bedroom version existed of what I saw I would have pounced on it in a second. The pricing is much lower than what I would be willing to pay for the stainless steel appliances and gorgeous wood doors and cabinets. I'm legitimately jealous of anyone who gets to decorate these stylish apartments.
