So far my experience with Brownridge Terrace has been great! Anytime I have a request or an issue, they are quick to respond and rectify the situation. The complex is very noise conscious at night and lively during the day. The quality of the apartment is exceptional with Granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace. I am very comfortable here. My only complaint is I wish it was a condo so I could purchase it. I honestly cannot thing of a better apartment complex to rent from.

It took me awhile to find the perfect apartment, and I'm so happy I found Brownridge! If I ever have a question, problem, or request, the office is quick to reply and incredibly nice. I worked with Anaelys about an issue I had with a light being out in the garage by my car, and she was super quick to respond and the issue was fixed within 24-hours. Thanks for being awesome!!

Brownridge Terrace is awesome! No matter what your age the community is ready to meet and exceed your expectations. I have lived here since it opened and have been completely satisfied with my living experience. The staff are friendly, maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the grounds are beautiful. The community manager quickly adopted safety measures during the pandemic to keep us residents safe and healthy and continues to hold virtual events to engage with residents. My apartment is beautifully appointed with up to date appliances and stunning views. I highly recommend living at Brownridge Terrace or any of the Steve Brown Properties in the area.

Brownridge Terrace offers a completely worry-free living experience. Shannon, Nikki, Sara, Mike, Bob and Troy take detailed care to make sure that all of my service expectations are met and exceeded! The maintenance staff are responsive and friendly and the community office is filled with friendly, helpful staff who know residents by first name. I have been living at this property for 6 years and have had a perfect record of service and enjoyed great community events sponsored by SBA West that are above and beyond any expected leasing experience. I have yet to find as awesome a living experience comparable to the people and service provided at Brownridge Terrace and recommend it wholeheartedly!
