Located on Willy St! One bedroom is becoming available for sublet in a 4 bedroom apartment on 5/1/25 (some flexibility on date). These bedrooms are available for a lease that will end on 7/31/25 with option to renew. The house is located on the corner of Williamson and Paterson St. Williamson St offers an eclectic assortment of nightlife, shopping, and restaurants. The house is also within walking distance of the capitol. Washer/dry in building.
The apartment is a very unique 4 bedroom with wall murals in the entryway done by local artists. The livingroom features shou shougi ban burned wood hardwood flooring.
About the area: Williamson St features a wide range of restaurants and shopping. Madison's newest music venue, the Sylvee, is one block away, and the bike path is across the street, which goes straight to the capital and provides access to all other parts of the city! Bus lines also accessible nearby. Walking distance to capital is less than a mile (less than 10 minute walk)
All utilities and high speed fiber internet included! Wifi download speeds were tested at around 400 mb/s, which far surpasses speeds needed for gaming or 4k streaming. Ethernet hookups are also available in all rooms.
Laundry room has free washer/dryer.

Currently the apartment has two other roommates, both in their 20's - a grad student and one that works in the service industry. The fourth bedroom is getting remodeled and is also available starting this month (March). The fourth room is a very large 15'x15' room that was recently gutted and completely remodeled and will be rented at a different rate of $900. (see last picture of black/gold ceiling)

5. Do you have any criminal history that would come up on a background check?
6. Do you have verifiable income?
The application fee is $20 per person, which covers a background check I run on all my tenants. I also require proof of income. If these are issues for you, this is likely not the apartment for you. If this is not an issue for you, you can be comforted by the fact that all other tenants have been vetted :)
