Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed, hotel quality linens, and closets.
The bathroom features a clean, modern design with a full vanity and a tub/shower combo, offering both comfort and functionality. For added convenience, a dedicated parking spot is located in the lot beside the house, and guests have access to a shared washer and dryer located on the first floor of the building, available to all residents of 10 Humphrey Court.
Whether you're staying for a month or a season, the Camellia Suite provides a stylish and restful home base in the heart of Charleston.
- Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
