You may also enjoy the convenience of a half bathroom off of the living room.
The third floor is home to the master suite, with a queen sized bed, two walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom. An office, also located on the third floor and features a small futon bed, closet and ensuite bathroom and wet room. This room is the perfect office or space to host an overnight guest. The second bedroom is located on the ground level with its own private entrance, full sized bed, an en suite full bathroom and small closet.
Parking for one car is located in the private garage.
Please keep in mind this is a newer development and there is construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay.
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
