At the front of the apartment is the first bedroom which can also be used as a home office. Here you will find a twin size trundle bed, a desk and chair, and an armoire for clothing storage. The first full bathroom is just off of this bedroom!
The master suite is located on the opposite side of the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy! The bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, large TV, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a large vanity and tile shower. The washer/dryer are located in the master closet for your convenience.
Just outside of the apartment you will find a common area which allows for additional outdoor entertaining and seating.
Please note this property does NOT include parking. There are a few nearby parking garages which would be your best option for parking if you have a vehicle.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement.

Families and visitors head to Waterfront Park on the Cooper River, while boutiques and galleries dot King Street.
