Just off the kitchen is a small porch with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee! Just off of the kitchen you will find the stunning Master Bedroom which features high ceilings, a luxurious King size bed, and a desk and chair to accommodate your work from home needs. The decorative fireplace and fun artwork make this space feel unique yet cozy. There is one full bathroom down a long hallway which features a tile shower.
Down a few steps you will find the living room which features a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing and watching a movie on the Smart TV. Walk through the living room into the second bedroom which features a Queen size bed, dresser, and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity.
This apartment comes with one parking space in the driveway which is shared with the upstairs unit. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement.

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
