Enter through the front door and you are immediately greeted with Charleston charm. The original wood floors throughout, exposed brick fireplaces, and high ceilings make the space cozy yet inviting. The open concept living room and kitchen with an easy flow out to the back yard make the perfect space for entertaining! In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and chair, smart TV and gorgeous fireplace! The beautiful marble top island separates the kitchen from the living room and offers countertop seating for two. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, white cabinets, and plenty of counter space! There is a door in the kitchen that leads to the backyard where you will find a large table for dining al fresco. There is a half bath off of the kitchen for your convenience! There is also a spacious dining room at the front of the home with plenty of seating.

Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms feature a Queen size bed and plenty of clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Each bathroom has been recently remodeled to include high end finishes that are sure to offer that hotel-like experience.

Parking is provided for two cars in the driveway! Small dogs may be approved on a case by case basis with a $250 per pet fee.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood - Radcliffborough
Radcliffborough is a residential neighborhood with a lively dining scene on Upper King Street, offering Italian eateries, upscale American grills, and homey seafood restaurants. The surrounding streets are a buzz with hip cocktail bars and taverns, popular with local MUSC medical students and young professionals. The 19th-century Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul are home to choral recitals.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
