Energy efficient windows in most units, some have historically protected stained glass windows that offer an extra touch.

Every unit is completely different from the rest, so you truly do have a unique piece of history - some units even feature stunning vaulted ceilings from the original architecture of the building with beautiful gated loft spaces above each bedroom overlooking the entire apartment. Others have an original chalkboard or lockers in the units (these units were originally classrooms and these items are federally protected!)- they've been converted to matte black for a cool backdrop detail to the unit.
