The greatest thing about this apartment is it's location. The building itself overall has a great feel and ambience to it. I love that there are front desk attendants around the clock who are super friendly. The negatives: the parking garage is a complete dirt hole; there was constantly water leaking on my car. Sometimes it took a while to get hot water in the shower. I knew other people in the building who had cockroach problems, however I never had a bug problem. I would give this building a 3 star review, but there was about 4 nights that I had a problem in which the radiator was screeching so loudly, that staying in the apartment was impossible. I explicitly asked for a partial refund, since after all those were 4 days I really couldn't use the apartment, but management wouldn't allow this.

Management is extremely polite and very responsive to any type of request. This is a great building and a great location with stupendous views. All a great trade off for the noise from Kingshighway.

We are in the process of moving in so this review is about our experience to-date. I will update with additional info after we've moved in. You can tell by the appearance of the property and the attitude of the team that Parc Frontenac aims at total satisfaction. The grounds are well kept; the facility itself is very clean and in new condition. The amenities (exercise, rooftop, laundry, parking etc.) are easy to access, clean and look great. The Parc Staff has been extremely helpful and demonstrates that they are committed to complete tenant satisfaction. Paul set op a convenient appointment for us when we inquired and during the tour, he was very proactive and in showing us the entire building, amenities and facilities. Paul took the time to answer our questions and although he was busy, he made us his top priority and spent the time we needed to make our decision. Christy and her team have been wonderful to work with as we execute the lease and figure out the logistics of moving in. We're looking forward to moving in! More to come review wise.

We lived in this apartment for one year. We had good experiences as well as bad experiences. Hope it can help people who are looking for an apartment in this area. Pros: - Business area, hot coffee - 24x7 front desk, makes you feel safe - Gym is well maintained compared with lots of surrounding apartments. - Cleaner and better maintained than most apartments in CWE area - Most people are nice there. Cons: - It is very noisy, especially if your apartment is on the kingshighway blvd side. - Too frequent maintenance makes the whole floor smells bad - Room might be smaller than you expected - Elevators too small, don't even think about it if you have a large sofa. - Some management people are rude and not willing to help you on issues. HTH

I came in for a tour a few days ago and was nothing but pleased with the leasing agent, Mani, and the rest of the staff. They were extremely professional and friendly to me as they showed me around the building. I went and looked at a few more apartments after my visit and not only did I find no comparison to the building and facilities but also the staff. I came back later in the day and the apartment I had looked at had been leased, but they were able to find me a different one and even waived a few fees and utility charges. I could not have asked for nicer or more accommodating people to deal with and I am extremely excited to move in and interact with them on a daily basis! EDIT: I just wanted to reiterate what a fantastic job the staff does, especially Mani. After signing for a one bedroom I requested to switch to a two bedroom as I had a friend moving to town. She switched this over no problem. Shortly after, my roommate was unable to make the move, and I wanted to switch back to my original one bedroom. Although my original bedroom has already been leased to someone else, Mani was able to find me an identical one and was able to cut me the same deal she had drawn up for the previous one. I haven't even moved in yet and she has gone above and beyond her duties for me. I have never met such an accommodating leasing staff. As I said before, I am very much looking forward to moving into this building.

I love this place and chose it for several reasons. 1. The doormen/ladies are just awesome. I love the fact they help us with packages. Kim, Glenn, Michael, are just awesome. There's always someone to greet you when you walk in the building. 2. It's across the street from Forest Park! So it makes it very easy to go for a run, watch the balloon race, go to the Zoo, or for a walk. 3. The rooftop view is over looks Forest Park! 4. Lucius and Brad are cool property managers, they are patient and understanding of our unique demands as tenants. We have a lot of medical/law/graduate students, and professionals. The only bad thing, no washers/dryers in the unit. We have a huge laundry facility downstairs. And parking is limited, but that's just the nature of the Central West End. The best part, you can walk home after hanging with your friend at one of the restaurants/bars around the corner.
