All persons 18 years of age or older, including emancipated minors, must submit a separate application

Self-employed applicants must provide alternative income documentation upon request
Screening Process
Applications are processed in the order received, based on the date and time a complete application is submitted
An application is considered complete when all required applications, documentation, and screening fees have been received for all household members
Screening Criteria
Screening criteria are applied uniformly to all applicants and may include review of:

Rental history
Credit history
Criminal history (subject to City of Portland FAIR Ordinance limitations)
