12 Melba Place

I am looking for a summer sublet, starting as early as April or May all the way to July or August. This time frame is very flexible. Entire house if furnished with a washer and dryer in the basement. Bedroom will come unfurnished but I will sell bedroom furniture at a reasonable price. These items will include a queen size mattress and bed frame, nightstand, dresser, television, mini refrigerator, and a window A/C unit. There will be two to three other roommates in and out of the house during the summer months, all college students. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. I am asking $600/mo for rent with additional charges for utilities which include water, gas, electric, and cable and internet.
