The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akitas, Chow-Chows, Mastiffs (including but not limited to: Bullmastiffs [Perro De Presa Canario] and Cane Corsos [Italian Mastiff]), Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, “Pit Bull” Breeds (including but not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Bully), Rottweilers, Wolf-Hybrids and any other pets deemed unacceptable by management. Pet Pricing: $40 for 1 pet and $80 for 2 pets. One-Time Pet Fee of $250 per pet.

While we understand how important pets are in a family, the following breeds (purebred, mixed, and all breeds associated with their lineage) are restricted from our communities: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf-Hybrids, Akita, Chow Chow, and German Shepherd. We allow a maximum of two pets with a monthly fee of $40 per pet. A one time $250 fee per pet is due at move in.
