This was a great place to live. The maintenance crew was always up to date on fixing the place. Snow always removed early and on time. Garbage was never left on grounds or hallways. Had a sports car that was kept safe in the garage. No issues with crime. Location close to local shopping area and highway. Got our full deposit back. Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Location: It's tucked away so its out of the way of the busy city, but close enough to still enjoy the attractions! I thought the surrounding neighborhood was quite nice!
Living: Quality apartment at a quality price, they are even working on some updates! Windows/Sliding doors are thick so they feel protective and block out highway noise!
I've recommended this complex to a coworker recently and they are loving it so far! I would definitely recommend for those who are looking for their own space.

Moved in about 3 months ago and have had an overall good experience so far. I got one of the newly renovated apartments, and the interior is really quite spectacular for the price, very high end appliances, counters, etc. Management has been professional and responsive. The building is close to the interstate and my room faces that direction, so it can be a bit noisy, but nothing unreasonable. Some noise travels through from the neighbors as well. Some pest control traps in the basement indicating a minor pest problem, but I personally haven't seen anything or had any problems. All things considered, I've quite enjoyed living at cherry tree so far.
