Great community and management. I am always able to get a fast response to any questions that I have. I've had 2 maintenance requests (nothing pressing) and they were addressed and completed within a couple of hours. Their portal makes it very easy to pay your bill, request maintenance, etc.. The common area is very clean, facilities are also clean. The gym has the basics and the pool has a very nice layout as well. So far I have not thought of any negatives, I've lived here for about 8 months now. Keep up the good work!

I moved in about three months ago and I have absolutely fallen in love with this place. This also has got to be one of the best communities ever! The apartments are gorgeous, all the neighbors in my building (above, below and beside me) are polite, respectful and quiet. Kyle, the Property Manager, is very caring and responsive. Ed in Maintenance is wonderful. They go above and beyond to keep the property in tiptop shape. To give you a few examples: a cleaning crew is in weekly to clean and vacuum the hallways, and since I have moved in, they have had the hallway carpets shampooed and the parking garage pressure washed. They also just replaced the flooring in the elevators. They keep the grounds meticulously maintained and I cannot wait for it to get warm enough to take advantage of the pool. I also have a dog and they keep waste disposal areas clean and stocked with disposal bags. You definitely get your money's worth living at The Revere.

I'm shocked by the low score of this apartment so I'm going to give my honest opinion. I noticed when writing this that there is only 13 reviews so far. Keep in mind that people genuinely don't tend to write a review if they have a good experience but are much more likely to write one if it was bad. With that being said, here are my thoughts. If you're having any doubts about moving into The Revere whatsoever, don't. The apartments are very nice, especially for the price. You are all but 5 minutes from Madison's east side even though you won't really need to leave Sun Prairie often. The neighborhood is very quiet and easily a place you could call home. But in my opinion, the best part of The Revere besides the building itself is Forward Management and their employees. The property manager, Kyle, is wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. He makes moving in and out a breeze and very easy, helping alleviate some of the stress that comes along with moving. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. We had a leak coming from our A/C unit that started to make a small puddle on the carpet. We called the emergency maintenance line and they were at our door within 10 minutes on a SUNDAY. Forward Management overall is a great property management company as well. They are very fair, honest, and definitely are not the type to try and pull a fast one on you. On top of all of that, you get a great pool, workout room, grills, and community area. The building is kept up very well from the parking lot being repaired and painted to the garage being power washed, all within a month. Hallways and common areas are clean and well taken care of. Other residents are very respectful and treat it like a home that everyone wants to live in. So like I said before, if you have even the slightest doubts or are stuck between places to reside, The Revere, and Forward Management, is a wonderful place to live.
