Really just ask yourself if you are willing to live in a motel room. I lived here for 6 months while on a contract assignment in Stoughton. One word: MICE I had some sticky traps laid out for the proliferous hordes of spiders, and one day I saw a little gray tail hanging out of the trap. I caught one adult and two babies and another adult a few months later. There is no garbage disposal or dishwasher, the tub was barely large enough to sit in, and had rust stains resembling a murder scene. The microwave had no place to live. The only counterspace did not have an outlet near enough to plug in the microwave. I walked in to it sitting unplugged on top of the fridge Management was kind, yet took days to respond to maintenance requests (such as "my air conditioner popped a breaker and the breaker panel is in a locked garage where I cannot access it." which took 4 days to resolve) (also, trying to sleep in late July without air conditioning can be harder than you might think) They may say WiFi is included, but dont expect to load any websites this decade. But, its in the middle of a gorgeous meadow, and it will keep you dry in the rain.
