Location is awesome with a grocery store, restaurants, bars, and music venue all less then a block away. The gym is huge! Best apartment gym I have seen. Highly reccomend living here!!

I love my apartment! Its huge, with great big windows that let in loads of light. We also have spectacular views of the Capitol building and both lakes. The grocery store downstairs is super convenient, as is the gym facility and State Street, where the night life is, is a 10 minute walk away. There are also multiple bus stops and bicycle-friendly routes nearby, making getting around super easy, despite not having a car. Very happy with my choice to live here!

After living in 6 different apartments across Madison since 2010, the Constellation was the first lease I've ever renewed and I'm on my 3rd lease, looking to sign a 4th!
The location is great, with a new businesses and buildings popping up all over the neighborhood and it's within walking distance of the square. The staff does a nice job of providing little perks once a month or so like resident events. Staff is very responsive via email/phone and maintenance issues are handled promptly. They even continue to invest in the building by creating new common spaces for residents, and things like adding new gym equipment!

Although the building is brand new, it's easy to tell that the building was pretty cheaply made (our light fixtures went out pretty regularly, they had serious fire alarm issues the first year and a half we were there, and other minor issues). Also, this is the first major building on the near east side which is still needing a major facelift.
