Galaxie's emerging neighborhood is in the heart of the action, with over 5 coffeehouses, 10 bars, and 25 restaurants, and 250 concerts a year within a 10 minute drive---many within a 1 block walk. The Wall St. Journal named it "One of the Top 10 Foodie Neighborhoods in the U.S." because of its proximity to The Farmer's Market and the latest cuisine. ranked the neighborhood 100% bikeable because of it's proximity to miles of interconnected bike paths, including lakeside routes. Contemporary luxury amenities include granite countertops, modern appliances, and floor to ceiling windows with 14-story views of the capitol and both lakes. There is also a full-service grocery store on the first floor and exclusive resident only amenities including a fitness center, penthouse, and terrace.

Yes. In warmer months there's pizza socials at Breese Stevens field and things like arts and crafts night in the colder months.

There's a trash room in the middle of each floor located near the elevators.

There's an online portal you can track and pay rent/parking. You can also mail or drop off checks in the leasing office downstairs.

During business hours you can email the property manager or stop by the leasing office and it's usually a quick turnaround.
How do you handle emergency repairs?
There's an emergency number you can call for.

Not required but recommended.

Yes. There's a background and credit check when you turn in your application.

You can either sublease or put your apartment back on the market for a fee starting at $150 for subleasing and $300 for breach of contract.

Depends on the vacancy of the unit and if the property manager has your place ready for move in.

A 2 bedroom unit with the rent of $1,895 had a security of $947.50 (half the rent).

Heating and cooling averages $100/month throughout the year. Cable and internet packages in the area range from $40 to $200 per month.

The building has a partnership with AT&T (Fiber internet is available). But there's other companies you can choose to go with (i.e. Spectrum)
What are the parking options? Do I get a reserved space?
There's 4 floors of covered parking, and the top two levels are secured via garage door. There's no reserved spaces, but you pay for either secured ($125) vs unsecured ($75) floors in the covered area. There's free off street, first come first serve parking.
Is there guest parking available?
Guests may park on the first two floors of unsecured covered parking (festival foods parking) for up to four hours. There's also a ramp by the Sylvee music venue and free off street parking in the surrounding blocks.
Are there any breed restrictions for dogs?
This may depend on the breed, but the building is home to dogs of all shapes and sizes (2lbs to 200lbs dogs)
Can I reserve the community room?
No. But there's plenty of room on the three rooftops along with the indoor community game and kitchen area.
