A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.
Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved. A PetScreening.com profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.
