Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.
Security deposit of $3,200 and a cleaning fee of $250 is required.
Pets are permitted, but size and breed restrictions may apply. A PetScreening.com profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.
