My fianc and I moved to Magnolia heights a few months ago and so far weve had a wonderful experience. The management team is quick to respond and always very helpful. The apartments are updated and clean and the maintenance crew is AMAZING. We had an issue with our AC when we first turned it on and the maintenance crew came right away to fix it. Theyre on site during the days which makes it easy to contact them and they follow up quickly to make sure the issue is/stays fixed. Also, I do have to say for an apartment the noise level is very low. I work nights so being able to get good sleep during the day is very important and living in an apartment thats not always easy to find, but its actually a very quiet area. The walls are thick enough that we dont hear our neighbors above us or next to us which is awesome for an apartment! And its far enough from the main road that you dont hear any traffic even though youre still close enough to the city. Weve had a lot of experience with renting apartments but I can honestly say renting here has been one of the best weve had!

We have lived at Magnolia Heights for over five years, and have been very pleased with the living conditions. The facility is maintained very well, and the secure garage and the elevator is very important to us. A major improvement and something very important to us is the current management. The manager currently in charge has been very accommodating and helpful to us. She obviously has considerable experience in overseeing a facility like this for it to rum so smoothly.

First and foremost, great location and neighborhood. Very quite and clean complex. Maintenance team are on point. But what makes this property excellent is the management team, truly! The property manager (Ms. Sonia) is one of the most caring people out there. She does everything in her power to help the residents with anything they need. Very professional, patient and warmhearted. If you live in this building, you have a piece of mind because you know there is someone who doesn't hesitate to give you their full attention and make sure you leave happily. Oh, and also, the building is being renovated with new paints, new flooring, new lobby, etc. Again, thanks to the great management team!

I have lived at Magnolia Heights for almost 2 years and I am very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved on time and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. The office staff is always courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is clean, safe, and well maintained. it is very close to downtown Charlotte and south park. I would certainly recommend Magnolia Heights Apartment as a great place to live.
