Ive been at doral since March and I absolutely adore it. The grounds are very well maintained, maintenance is taken care of promptly, the staff is very communicative and all of my neighbors are incredibly kind. The pool is very well maintained and monitored. Everything is a bit older in my apartment but its been very well cared for so if youre looking for an apartment with character this is an A++.

I just moved here recently. Property management is top-notch. Applying and all communications with the property management went smoothly. Jakaline was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and friendly and assisted me through the whole process. Property, itself, seems well managed and maintained. The Maintenance manager is very accommodating. Area is nice and quiet and nearby to most anything you'd need.

When I decided to relocate to Charlotte, I could only think of one place I was truly interested. Doral holds a lot of sentimental value for me. My mother grew up in the Chantilly neighborhood and I also spent many weekends and summers with my grandmother. I was delighted they had availability for what I needed. Jakaline worked with me very diligently ( and patiently I may add with my persistence and constant questions). May was also extremely proactive in assisting. Jakaline was super friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment and the community exceeded my own expectations. This is the spot to be. It is literally perfect. It's quiet, there is the park, you are near everything, friendly neighbors, friendly management, clean grounds, beautiful views, and plenty of animal lovers it seems. I feel extremely lucky to call this my home.

This was the first place I lived at on my own. It was a great first apartment. The size was perfect for me, and having a bus stop right outside of the complex was great. Its pretty quiet, but you do hear road noise depending on what side of the complex you live on (but the brick walls muffle a good bit of that). My only complaint is that when the rent prices increased, current renters didnt really experience the full benefits of newer ones, which I guess is par for the course, but still. The areas also fairly walkable and near restaurants and other points of interest. If you can afford it and want to live someplace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then check out this place

I had a great walk through of the doral apartments a couple of days ago. Reached out through Facebook and spoke to a nice young lady name Jackie she walked me through the entire complex and its amenities. Answered all questions I had. Unfortunately the time frame I had in mind didnt match up with what was available but will keep in touch with her and will be ready to lease on the spot!
