Palmetto Place- 8 Catfiddle Street - This beautifully furnished home is available for 30+ day rentals.

The Space:
Two bedroom, 2.5 bath, single-family home accessed by its own entrances/exits. Enter through one of the two private entrances and up one flight of stairs to the main floor living space. This living space has an open floor plan with a generously sized, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the cozy living room area. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed with high-end appliances, ample counter space, barstools for your entertaining and dining needs, and large windows over the sink overlooking the Catfiddle courtyard. A chef's dream! Located directly off of the kitchen you will find a half bathroom for your convenience.

The Master suite is located on the next level, with an ensuite full bathroom. This suite features a king sized bed with luxurious white linens. The bathroom has a his and hers sink, gorgeously tiled shower with two shower heads and a walk in closet for all of your storage needs. The brand new stacked washer and dryer are located in the hallway just outside of the master suite.

The second bedroom is on the top level making it a secluded area and master suite of its own for additional family members or guests. This room features a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This room also has its own flat screen TV . Just outside of this suite is a small work space.

*One covered, off-street parking space included. Additional street parking available through the City of Charleston with permit.
*Pets negotiable with pet deposit.

Please keep in mind this is a newer development and there is construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.

* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). *

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Hominy Grill, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Wildflower Pastry located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
