Living at Ivorywood has been by far the best renting experience I've had, with great customer service from my initial tour through the move-out. The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that might arise. I stayed in a top-floor unit which was recently remodeled and was impressed by the high-quality fixtures and spaciousness.The complex is usually very quiet and parking fees are relatively affordable. Generally it feels very family friendly and safe, plus it's close to great food in downtown Bothell and various activities (library, Burke Gilman Trail, etc.). I'd highly recommend Ivorywood if you're looking for a relatively affordable place in Bothell. It's definitely worth the price for peace of mind and overall quality of living.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole grounds and how beautiful and peaceful it was. The landscape of this community gives it a different kind of vibe; in my opinion, it was captivating with all the trees surrounding it. All this place needs is the sound of running water to feel as though you're in the wilderness.10/10
