The overall stay here has been mostly pleasant. The location is very convenient in terms of transit center, walking distance to pretty much everything. If there's any service request for household appliances, they had been fairly quick. One thing that occasionally bothers me is the random cooking smells that seem to come out of nowhere.
However, of late the elevator in Building B has had frequent multiple breakdowns. My husband and I were stuck in the elevator for about 40 min and are scared to take it anymore. The residents of the B block drafted an email to the leasing office seeking answers and there was no reply on that or any accountability shown in terms of escalating the issue for a ETA. There have also been break ins in the garage which is supposed to be gated. The leasing office has not had any security cameras installed there. I'm not sure why we pay such a price when we are often tense if our car is alright.
Leasing agent Ev was courteous and professional; she was extremely skilled at mentioning all the logistical details for move in. Appreciated.

Moved out in Feb 2022. I lived here for a year and overall had a great experience. The gym was handy! Closed for the majority of my living from covid. The mail room was awesome and secure. I didn't have any troubles with packages. Safety was great minus a strange car in the parking lot now and again. The place was clean, maintenance came out right away for any issues. They even replaced my washer/dryer when it was making oil marks on my clothes. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the 'check-out' process. They will charge you the $100 for cleaning no matter what. I spent a full day cleaning and scrubbing down everything in my apartment and they still charged me. They thankfully refunded me when I pointed out that the "dirty" pictures were actually clean. So just be careful! Nothing new as we all know rental companies will try to get every penny from you. Overall, the management team was great and I would for sure live here again and recommend it to my friends.
We had such a great experience in the whole process.
