How quickly I get a response from the leasing office whenever I need help is one of the factors that determine my quality of life. In this respect, Jennifer played a decisive role in my choice of Avalon Bellevue. All my emails have been answered within 5 minutes by Jennifer, and she has been kind to provide solutions to all my questions. I'm moving in soon, so I can't write a review for life at Avalon Bellevue yet, but I believe Jennifer has made a good recommendation for my family. I will update our experience as we move in and stay at Avalon Bellevue.

Lived here for 5 months - overall price vs offering is a great deal - 2 bed 2 bath for ~3K with 2 parking spots for a semi renovated apartment. Had to sign the lease within a couple days because the leasing office quoted a different price ($50 higher per month) if we signed 3 days later and could only sign a 10 month lease, will update review on what the rent hike is.
Maintenance staff is incredible - Juan from the maintenance team is an absolute gem. I've run into him on the elevator, he remembers me and the last maintenance he did and asks if there's anything he can do to help. 10/10 there
