I moved in December 2020 and had no issues. There is an alley between the east & west buildings that was easy to access with a moving truck or a POD. The leasing office provides one small-ish flat bed cart that helped significantly with moving (can reserve an elevator when moving in/out). Haven't moved out yet so can't comment on that process.

Living at Junction 47 is a great decision. Management is top-notch, and the location is hard to beat. All of the facilities and amenities are what we were looking for in our new home. AC ports are being installed within a couple of months, and that goes to show the consideration of residents by management. Christian was our main contact during the move in process.
Management very accommodating and helpful. I have lived here since it opened 6 years ago, love the neighborhood and many good restaurants within walking distance.
