Elise was beyond helpful getting me set to move all the way across the country from the east coast. Went out of her way to make sure I had as much information as possible to make my decision from the other side of the country and is legitimately the kindest and most helpful leasing office person I've ever had, and I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years. Maintenance folks Josue and Chase made sure everything was set and fixed up any minor issues I noticed upon moving in and were incredibly friendly. The apartment itself is, in my opinion, a great deal for the location. Sure, they look a bit old on the outside, but the kitchen and bathroom are renovated and very nice. I've also never had an issue with parking and parking is super cheap compared to a lot of the fancier looking apartments in the area. I've only been here for about a month so far, but I'm very happy with my decision to live at Redmond Court Apartments. It's also literally across the street from the Microsoft campus which is such a time saver if you're an MS Employee.

I wasn't told to write a review by management or anything like that. Our family just came here from Florida and this is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. It really showed us the differences in quality. The apartment management in Florida did the bare minimum. The biggest Plus here at Redmond Court, is how management handles tenants. The application process was very smooth and they communicated very well. Elise is spectacular and has a wonderful attitude and a beautiful spirit. Our apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I am very happy with Redmond Court.

There were some issues when we moved in with the renovations, but the on site maintenance took complete responsibility for it and honestly I don't think I've ever seen a team come together so quickly to solve a problem. The neighborhood is peaceful and very pet friendly and the new kitchens and bathrooms are really lovely. Sound proofing in our apartment is also very effective-- I know this because my dogs are pretty noisy. The worst thing about this place is the adjacent apartment complexes. Across the fence (at a different apartment complex) there was a fire recently so they have some construction noise going on.
