I loved my experience at Mark on 8th. I lived here for about a year and had a very positive experience with so many aspects. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, stores, and major Seattle attractions all within walking distance. The neighborhood is generally safe and has great upkeep compared to other areas close to Downtown. On top of all that, Dominique and David we're both prompt and helpful with any questions I had. This included adding a roommate mid-lease, and they helped make my move our smooth and easy. The amenities in the building are also a nice touch. The gym is perfect for basic morning workouts, the lounge is a great place to relax and change the scenery from your own apartment, and my personal favorite, the rooftop, has incredible views of the Space Needle and South Lake Union. As a side, yes, there is construction around the building. Despite considering myself to be a light sleeper, the majority of mornings did not affect my sleep, but you're going to get that anywhere you go in the city. The location and neighborhood far outweigh any construction that may be happening. Overall, Mark on 8th is a great place to be.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I love my apartment. It is beautiful, very up-to-date, and has a great view of Denny Park. But more importantly, the management team here is outstanding. I did a virtual tour from another city and they were extremely honest, helpful, and organized. David and Dominique have been wonderful throughout the entire move-in process. All in all very happy with my new apartment.

Love living here! The apartment itself is really nice, great finishes, huge floor to ceiling windows, and two big closets. The amenities are nice, with an espresso machine in the lobby which I haven't seen at more expensive buildings. And lastly, management is awesome! David and Dominique have been very helpful throughout the leasing process and since I've lived here, they're super organized and very nice people. Also, maintenance works pretty fast too.
