Lived here for 2 and a half years and it was amazing. Shed a tear when I had to leave actually. Managers were super quick to respond, as were the maintenance crew. Best resident goes to Jasper the Siamese cat that roams the complex. Lots of cool animals love here, but are all quiet too. If I ever end up working in Lynnwood again I will be quick to return here.

I've lived here for about 2 years, and it's a great place to live. The apartments and amenities are great, but the biggest issue is the parking lot and how it's NOT managed. You're assigned 1 spot you pay for, then it's a free for all if you can find a spot for anyone else who lives in your apartment. The biggest complaint I have is that you're given a tag to put in your car window, but they don't audit who does or doesn't live here. When mentioning that a resident has 8 cars (not exaggerated) and they're blocking areas of the road because how they park, management doesn't do anything .
What point does the window tag do if all you get in response about a resident who has been doing it for months "are you sure they're not visiting?"

The staff are all amazing; they really go above and beyond. Im looking forward to using the pool and there is a gym. The community is gated which is a bonus and the neighborhood is really nice. Martha Lake park is very close by, as is Mill Creek Town Center.
