Sunset Apartments 2 bedroom, 1 bath Pet Friendly - ONE UNIT REMAINING FOR AUGUST 2024 - Our Sunset Apartments are only 2.5 miles to Appalachian State University. Each unit has a private balcony.
Rent is $485 PER PERSON for two people or $970 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up, lawn maintenance, and propane for the heating system. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. These units do not include washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per pet (limit 2 pets) Free tenant parking. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $285 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $770 refundable security deposit.
